Mark E. Moran: Founder and CEO
Prior to Dulcinea Media, Mark spent 9 years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of 24/7 Real Media. He led the company through dramatic global expansion and revenue growth, completing 14 acquisitions in two years. From 2000 to 2003, Mark steered 24/7 Real Media through turbulent economic conditions, enabling it to be one of the few online advertising companies to survive. The company regained its leadership in online advertising, and was acquired for $650 million by WPP Group in July 2007. Prior to 24/7 Real Media, Mark uses an associate Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP a Financial Analyst at the Bank of New York. Mark has a law degree from Fordham Law School, an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. Terry Moran: Co-founder and Executive Vice President
Prior to Dulcinea Media, Terry was employed for eight years in Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group. Among her responsibilities were merchandising, event planning and financial reporting. She has since served in leadership capacities within local organizations such as Vice President of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, PTA Board Member, Executive Board Member at the middle school, and chaired several committees at the elementary level. She is also active in community service. Terry has a B.A. in Business Administration from St. John's University.

Anne Kostick: Editor-in-Chief and Vice President
Anne Kostick has been Editor-in-Chief since September 2007. Previously, Anne was a principal at Foxpath IND, a publishing, consulting and editorial services company specializing in the transition to and from traditional content publishing and online content management, development and publishing. Previously, she worked as Licensing and Product Development Director, Senior Acquisitions Editor and Director of Electronic Publishing for Workman Publishing, and as Senior Acquisitions Editor for Harry N. Abrams/Stewart, Tabori & Chang. Anne has a B.A. in Greek and Latin, with a minor in Theater, from Beloit College. She is the author of several books for children, as well as a definitive collection of jokes.

Jane Daniels: Librarian Consultant
A former head of reference, Jane understands public libraries and the types of questions and situations reference librarians face every day. She is a founding director at Zebra Advisors, LLC, a consulting company specializing in helping not-for-profits, which includes libraries. Janes love affair with books started at an early age and becoming a librarian was an obvious professional choice. She has a BA in Mathematics from William Smith College, an MLS from Syracuse University and an MBA from Pace University.

James Sullivan: Editor
James has been with Dulcinea Media since September 2006. James was integral in developing the concept and the structure of findingDulcinea's content as it exists today. Prior to joining the Company, he lived in New Zealand, where he worked seasonal jobs to support his trekking, mountaineering, and writing. James graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Art History and Economics.

Colleen Brondou: Editorial Quality Assurance
Colleen joined Dulcinea Media in April 2007. Her 15 years of copywriting experience includes writing for a start-up robotics company, an online gourmet foods importer, an engineering firm and a law firm. She also spent four years as a Direct Online Marketing Manager for John Wiley & Sons, producing and managing all e-mail and online promotions for seven product lines. In 2005, she taught English to children and adults in Mexico, and practiced her Spanglish in Guatemala and Cuba. Colleen has a B.A. in Languages and Literature from Bard College. Sarah Amandolare: Senior Writer
Sarah joined Dulcinea Media in August of 2007, after stints as a reporter and freelance writer for newspapers in New York, Oregon and Washington, D.C. Anita Gutierrez-Folch: Writer
Anita joined Dulcinea Media in June 2008 as an English-Spanish translator after graduating with a B.A. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University. While at Harvard, she worked for online publications such as The Harvard Voice and Freeze Magazine, and worked as an editorial intern for Little, Brown Book Group during the summer of 2007. Anita is the project manager and a senior writer for encontrandoDulcinea.com, the Spanish-language offspring of findingDulcinea.

Shannon has been with Dulcinea Media since February 2008. She helps with site promotion by exploring partnerships, attending conferences, and engaging readers through social media channels. Haley A. Lovett: Audience Development and Interaction
Haley has been with Dulcinea Media since September 2006. Prior to that, Haley worked in educational publishing, spent a year as a magazine publisher and produced a short documentary film. Po Ki Chui: Web Developer
Po Ki joined Dulcinea Media in December 2007. She has experience in Web development with different programming languages and platforms, such as JSP/Servlets, PHP/MySQL, Redhat Linux, Mac OS, etc. She has also worked as a technical support representative, a tutor and a teaching assistant. Po Ki has a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from SUNY at Stony Brook.
